




Remember to keep your fish wet after initially pulling it from the water.
This will help keep skin and scales in their original condition. Keep fins
moist as well. Call and schedule a pickup as soon as possible. If it will
be several hours try and ice the fish and keep it out of direct sunlight.
Do not gut or skin your fish, leaving it whole is best. When you call let
us know if you want the meat so we can skin the fish and do our best to
provide you with satisfactory filets.
Remember that a 50% deposit is required before we can begin work. The deposit
